GENERAL OVERVIEW:
The Vice President of Omni Channel Operations is responsible for formulating long-term strategic plans and spearheading initiatives to guarantee an outstanding customer journey.

This role is pivotal in delivering essential capabilities through the Store Operations team, collaborating closely with Fulfillment, Digital, and Merchandising teams to actualize the brand's strategic objectives.

The VP will build and enhance new capabilities while refining processes to provide a cohesive Omni channel experience, ensuring accountability for achieving operational budget targets and driving additional sales.


REPORTING STRUCTURE:
Reports to SVP Stores

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Oversee all facets of omni channel fulfillment strategies for retail locations in collaboration with Digital, IT, and Supply Chain/Logistics leaders.

Drive strategic planning and execution of field initiatives aimed at boosting profitability, productivity, and omni channel efficiency across distribution centers.
Ensure a premium customer experience across all channels.
Innovate initiatives to streamline processes and foster continuous improvement in store operations.

Track performance metrics to identify the need for new processes and training that align with evolving customer expectations.

Guarantee that all omni channel touchpoints are met with a focus on customer-centricity.

Analyze internal and external consumer data to devise innovative and efficient methods to comprehend current customer desires and anticipate future needs.


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Significant experience collaborating cross-functionally with retail locations, fulfillment teams, IT, and inventory operations.
Proven track record in developing and executing enterprise-wide omni channel implementations in innovative manners.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to all organizational levels.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficient in driving organizational transformation.
Ability to leverage metrics and analytics to identify opportunities and assess outcomes.
Inspires and motivates through a shared vision and clear objectives.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Minimum of 15 years in an omni channel retail operational capacity.
