We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamic Project Leader and HR Generalist to join our team at Parallel Partners. This exciting role combines project management and human resources expertise to drive business success.



About the Role

This is a full-time, exempt position with the opportunity to work remotely or from home after a 6-month probationary period. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and managing staff, logistics, and equipment effectively.



The HR component of this role involves staff logistics, office supplies, issue management, payroll, benefits, and compliance. The candidate will also be responsible for recruitment and onboarding, working closely with the operations, accounting, and engineering teams.



Key Responsibilities


  • Plan and coordinate projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Manage the project tracker, define tasks, and allocate resources as needed.
  • Track deliverables, monitor project progress, and report to stakeholders.
  • Serve as a point of contact for team members, maintain synergy, and present reports on progress and issues.
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
  • Create long- and short-term plans, set targets, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Delegate tasks to staff best positioned to complete them, communicate with managers or the board, and adjust schedules and targets as needed.


HR Responsibilities


  • Support the employee lifecycle, assist the team in day-to-day tasks, and handle main areas such as onboarding, compliance, recruitment, and day-to-day operations.


Administration and Compliance


  • Responsible for administrative tasks, including payroll administration (outsourced), ensuring Labor Posters and Worker's Comp are up to date.


Recruitment and Employee Relations


  • Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, making job offers, and onboarding. Manage issues as they arise.


Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a college degree, 5 years of HR experience, and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. They must be able to legally work in the US, pass a drug and background check, and speak and write English fluently.



The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a comprehensive compensation package, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment.
