Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative services, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining confidentiality of records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including preparation of correspondence, coordination and scheduling, and supplies and equipment ordering.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, including correspondence, reports, expenses, and proposals.
  • Ensure the office area is always adequately supplied and organized.
  • Perform a variety of duties specific to assigned department, such as preparation of accreditation materials or financial statements.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2-4 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc.).
