We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team at the City of College Park. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Department of Public Services, including permit intake and processing, recordkeeping, and data entry.
Key Responsibilities- Process permit applications and maintain accurate records
- Prepare correspondence and reports as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and inquiries
- Assist department staff with court documents and trial preparation
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in administrative support
- One year of experience in administrative or permit technician duties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and customer service skills
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish, French, and/or Mandarin) are preferred
- Experience with Accela, GOGov, and Tyler Software is a plus
- ICC Permit Technician Certification is a plus
