Change Management Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans
  • Lead complex change initiatives and promote a positive culture

  • Develop relationships with stakeholders and attract high-performing talent
Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of experience leading organizational change
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
  • Expertise in change management methodologies and strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
