Job Title: Senior Property Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Accountant to join our team at Randstad. As a Senior Property Accountant, you will be responsible for generating monthly financial statement packages for multiple entities, completing the month-end close process, and compiling and reviewing financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate monthly financial statement packages for multiple entities
  • Complete the month-end close process for multiple entities
  • Compile and review financial information
  • Prepare year-end audit packages and work with a CPA firm
  • Prepare Supplemental financial reports
  • Analyze and Reconcile all balance sheet accounts
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets
  • Assist with preparing Tax Filings in compliance with local and state regulations
  • Comply with federal, state, and local legal regulations and requirements

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in property accounting
  • Experience level: Experienced
