Senior Property Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at Newmark Ltd. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs that ensure the well-managed and well-maintained operation of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with senior management to determine goals and objectives for the performance of our real estate assets.
- Prepare and report information in a timely manner to designated staff.
- Create and develop upgrades to services to exceed client expectations.
- Develop and implement staffing plans and job descriptions for assigned sites.
- Oversee the preparation, presentation, and content of the annual operating budget and monthly financial reporting package.
- Review and approve all annual lease reconciliation and estimates.
- Establish goals and objectives for the performance of on-site staff.
- Develop a resource plan to deliver completed projects within set budgets and schedules.
- Review specifications prepared for service contracts and negotiate vendor agreements.
- Review and approve payables and receivables as prepared at the site level.
- Supervise all accounting output as required by the property.
- Conduct regular site visits to review policies and procedures, personnel performance, and approve invoices.
- Responsible for short and long-range planning for all properties assigned.
- Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in property operations.
- Knowledge in all aspects of business, including leasing and construction management.
- Valid real estate license in States that require it.

Salary: $115,000 - $135,000
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $135,000. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation, including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives.
