About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Accountant to join our growing team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial accuracy and integrity of our multifamily properties.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage and analyze financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
  • 4-5+ years of real estate accounting experience, preferably in residential/multifamily.
  • Accounting degree required.
  • Experience with large accounting software, such as Yardi, MRI, or RealPage.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
