Join Our Tax Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Attorney to join our growing Corporate team in Orlando, FL.

As a Tax Attorney at Lowndes, you will work closely with our Corporate team and provide support to a variety of clients in other practice areas.

You will be responsible for advising on:

  • structuring tax-advantaged deals
  • formation, operation, and restructuring of entities like partnerships, S corps, and REITs
  • tax credit opportunities in various sectors
  • buy-side and sell-side corporate, LLC, and partnership acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, and restructurings
  • other M&A activities like planning and research

You will work on a team that delivers due diligence and tax structuring services, and will communicate directly with clients.

You will have the opportunity to participate in corporate matters from beginning to end, rather than only offering tax advice on an ad hoc basis.

Applicants should have significant federal tax experience in at least one of the previously mentioned areas.

FL Bar admission is preferred, but we are willing to consider attorneys who are relocating to FL and are not yet admitted.
