About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Amica Insurance. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales: Convert leads into new business by handling inbound telephone calls and selling insurance policies.
  • Account Management: Service customer accounts, utilizing knowledge of insurance policies, legal terminology, and home construction.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers to gain their trust and respect.
  • Problem-Solving: Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service and sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, computer keyboard and processing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
