Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accurately manage and process customer orders, quotes, and sample requests.
  • Deliver timely and courteous responses to customer service inquiries.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of backorders.
  • Administer and update special pricing in our systems.
  • Input new customer information and maintain database accuracy.
  • Coordinate and monitor all repair and rental orders.
  • Prioritize orders as necessary to fulfill customer needs.
  • Provide customers with requested MSDS, literature, and other relevant materials.
  • Work alongside internal teams to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain professional business conduct and enhance the company’s reputation.
  • Ensure compliance with AS/ISO procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Execute additional customer service-related duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume call and email setting; experience in distribution or manufacturing is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, and CRM software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong listening skills with the capacity to ask relevant questions.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
