We invite candidates with sales experience in plumbing, HVAC, solar, home improvement, window treatments, or flooring to apply. Previous HVAC experience is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Foster a culture of excellence to promote employee development
  • Enhance HVAC department sales through the training and development of field technicians
  • Ensure operational excellence through accurate invoicing, inventory management, safety practices, and reporting
  • Guide service technicians in increasing average sales, closing rates, and monthly revenue
  • Provide continuous product and sales training
  • Encourage lead generation efforts
  • Oversee and manage callbacks and warranty issues
  • Address escalated customer concerns to ensure complete satisfaction
Qualifications

What Do You Need to Succeed?
  • Demonstrated success in high-end sales closing
  • Motivation to thrive in a commission-based, high-earning environment
  • Willingness to learn HVAC sales strategies
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems
  • Strong leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset to enhance productivity and quality
  • Capability to develop business in both private and public sectors
  • Knowledge of HVAC and Process systems for residential and commercial properties
  • Understanding of general HVAC design and material costs
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm to drive sales and business growth
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, set goals, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
