As the primary leader for all properties within your designated area, you will oversee a range of responsibilities including general administration, leasing, property maintenance, compliance with regulations, budget management, and effective communication with stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer guidance and administrative support to on-site teams, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to enhance property profitability and efficiency, working closely with the finance team on financial matters.
  • Direct site staff to adhere to all applicable government regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ensure effective recruitment, training, and motivation of on-site staff by Community Managers.
  • Oversee financial performance of properties, including budget creation, expense monitoring, capital improvements, and timely rent collections.
  • Set performance objectives for Community Managers and other direct reports.
  • Keep senior management informed of any significant operational challenges.
  • Participate in resident meetings as needed or requested.
  • Coordinate group meetings and training sessions for the portfolio.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the organization.
  • Engage with Social Services at properties when necessary.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required Experience:
‒ A minimum of three years managing multiple properties is essential.

‒ At least one industry certification/designation is required (e.g., CPO, COS, ARM, CPM, HCCP, etc.).

‒ A minimum of two years in a supervisory role is necessary.

Required Education/Training:
‒ A High School Diploma is mandatory.

‒ A college degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) is highly preferred.

Required Skills and Abilities:
‒ Professional demeanor with strong conflict resolution skills.

‒ Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

‒ Ability to maintain accurate financial records.

‒ Proficient in conducting meetings with stakeholders.

‒ A valid driver's license is required.

‒ A positive and enthusiastic attitude to inspire and lead staff.

Working Conditions:

  • Willingness to work non-standard hours and undertake frequent regional travel, including overnight stays as necessary.
  • This role requires availability during evenings and weekends via mobile and computer for travel, projects, or emergency situations.
Salary Range Information

The displayed salary range reflects the target base salary for this position.

Individual compensation within this range is influenced by factors such as work location, relevant skills, experience, and education.
