Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Oversight: Monitor and enhance the overall performance of each property, focusing on tenant satisfaction, maintenance, and security.
  • Financial Management: Develop and oversee the annual budget and financial reporting for each property.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Create and execute marketing plans aimed at attracting and retaining tenants.
  • Lease Administration: Review tenant applications and leases, managing the processes of tenant move-ins and move-outs.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to confirm that properties meet health and safety standards.
  • Conflict Management: Address tenant concerns and resolve disputes effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise property management teams across multiple sites, providing guidance to ensure alignment with ownership expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Regional Property Management.
  • Familiarity with Yardi software is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Experience with lease-ups is essential.
  • Background in multi-family property management is necessary.
  • Demonstrated success in revenue generation and occupancy growth.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
