About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team at Jerry. As a key member of our People Operations department, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Automate workflows in HR processes to minimize inefficiencies and scale operations
  • Provide an immersive onboarding experience for new hires to highlight how their role has real impact on the business and the business of our customers
  • Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs
  • Maintain accurate employee records, assist with benefits administration, and ensure HR data is up-to-date in HRIS systems
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide basic guidance on HR policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 7+ years of people operations experience (experience weathering a high-growth startup strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of human resources best practices and employment law
  • Experience in implementing and building HR automations and systems
