About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at St. David's North Austin Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care activities, including admission and discharge processes, to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care, serving as a resource person for staff and modeling a commitment to our organization's vision and values.
  • Participate in ongoing assessments of patient care services, working with the management team to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, operationalizing current nursing strategies to enhance the patient experience and clinical outcomes.
  • Recommend and implement courses of action to ensure a competitively better organization, including training and development, conflict resolution, and personnel policy compliance.
