Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at US Oncology, Inc. As a Clinic Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our Breast Surgery Department.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Facilitate clinical operations and patient care
- Manage patient medication refill requests and coordinate services
- Triages patient phone calls and documents relevant information
- Acts as a resource to LPN/LVNs and medical assistants
- Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- Current RN state license with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state
