Clinical Nurse Specialist

At US Oncology, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinic Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our Medical Oncology Department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality, high-touch cancer care.
Responsibilities:- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Assess patient needs and provide education on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Manage patient medication refill requests and maintain accurate records.
- Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a BSN preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in an oncology setting.
- Current RN state license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
