About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Texas Oncology. As a key member of our Breast Surgery Department, you will provide exceptional patient care and support our mission to deliver high-quality, evidence-based cancer care.
Responsibilities- Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Facilitate clinical operations and patient care coordination
- Manage patient medication refill requests and document relevant information
- Triages patient phone calls and documents relevant information
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate services related to patient care
- Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- Current RN state license with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state
