Position Summary:

We are in search of a dynamic and driven Residential Sales Consultant to enhance our Denver team. In this role, you will be tasked with generating new business opportunities and promoting roofing services to homeowners. Your responsibilities will include educating clients and guiding them through the insurance claims process, with substantial support from our inside sales and marketing teams. As a representative of our brand, your primary objective will be to cultivate enduring relationships with clients by delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients in designated residential neighborhoods to generate leads and arrange consultations.
  • Conduct thorough in-home assessments and provide detailed information regarding our roofing solutions.
  • Develop and present tailored sales proposals and cost estimates to prospective customers.
  • Maintain follow-up communication with leads and deliver ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and objectives.
  • Keep precise and current records of all sales activities within our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in door-to-door sales or the residential roofing industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Base salary of $50,000

- Total on-target earnings ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 in the first year

- Full-time, W-2 employment

- Comprehensive medical benefits

- Reporting to the Denver office
