Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Customer Support Specialist (Collections) to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and with others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve past due accounts in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of past due account activity and field visits
  • Complete customer field visits and product returns as scheduled
  • Follow all safety and product handling procedures
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we offer a range of benefits, including weekly pay, bonus potential, and comprehensive health insurance.
