**Job Summary:**

As a Customer Service Representative at DuBois Chemicals, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers and field personnel in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to department and company policies.
  • Maintain and enter customer notes and special requirements, ensuring proper ship dates, carriers, and manufacturing/shipping facilities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to order status, shipments, order/product issues, pricing, invoices, credits, and returns.
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated patience and professionalism in all customer contact situations.
  • Strong customer service background and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly.
