Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
- Provide customer support via telephone and/or Internet.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve simple and basic support issues.
- Process a high volume of customer inquiries and resolve a targeted percentage of those inquiries.
- Troubleshoot customer problems and use tools and resources to determine how to resolve customer problems.
- May provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced associates.
Requirements:
We're looking for:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- IT/Network certifications/degrees preferred
- 18 years of age or older
- Proven call center experience
- Typing 25 WPM
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation
- Entry-level network troubleshooting
- Able to work independently
- Have excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay composed and objective
- Strong listening skills
