Job Description: Pediatric Healthcare Specialist

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Healthcare Specialist to join our team at FutureRecruit. In this role, you will provide direct healthcare services to students in our school setting, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to support student health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate healthcare services for students.
  2. Develop and maintain individualized healthcare plans for students with specific medical needs.
  3. Collaborate with school personnel, parents/guardians, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless healthcare delivery.
  4. Educate students, staff, and parents/guardians on health-related topics, including disease prevention and nutrition.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in nursing or related field.
  • Valid RN license in New Hampshire.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pediatric nursing.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to stay current with emerging trends in school nursing.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
