Job Title: Mental Health Nurse Specialist

At Ambe Healthcare Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse Specialist to join our team.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in our Geropsychiatric Unit. As a Mental Health Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, recording, and reporting symptoms or changes in patient conditions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary treatment team.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medication and treatment, performing mental and physical assessments, and assisting patients with daily activities.
  • Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary team members, and outside health and social agencies to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient reports and medical histories, and complete all required documentation in a timely manner.

**Requirements:**

  • Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Hampshire.
  • 1 year of previous nursing experience preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

**Compensation:** The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
