Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at TalentBurst. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and preparing them for laboratory testing.

• Collect blood samples from patients using various techniques and equipment.
• Prepare samples for laboratory testing by labeling, storing, and transporting them safely.
• Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and alleviate anxiety.
• Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient information.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical training preferred.
• Minimum three years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable).
