- Maintain composure and deliver results under high-pressure situations, prioritizing customer satisfaction and ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and enhancing agent performance.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to make sound decisions.
- Familiarity with call center tools and processes, with a sound understanding of best practices.
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
