Position Overview

EF Educational Tours is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Tour Consultants in our Boston office, focusing on growing our educational travel programs. This entrepreneurial role involves inspiring and motivating the team to craft sales strategies and facilitate professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage a team of Tour Consultants to achieve sales targets and performance objectives
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Senior Director of Sales to drive business strategy and maximize investment
  • Create initiatives to acquire new schools, repeat schools, and grow travel programs within existing schools
  • Measure and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • 1-year team lead experience with a proven track record of motivating team performance and driving business growth
  • Success in building and executing innovative sales strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to tell a story to motivate behaviors
  • Excellent presentation skills and confidence to engage with various stakeholders
  • Proven success in difficult conversations and delivering constructive feedback
