Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director/Director, Medical Affairs Strategy to join our team in Cambridge, USA. This key role will be responsible for developing and executing medical affairs strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Prior experience in biopharmaceutical industry with at least 4+ years in medical affairs and/or oncology drug development.">
- Advanced degree in a health-related field (PhD, MD, PharmD strongly preferred).">
- Ability to think strategically and translate scientific information into actionable medical affairs strategies.">
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present scientific data in a credible and fair balanced manner.">

Key Responsibilities
">This role will involve:

- Contribute to the creation and implementation of medical affairs strategies and tactics for assigned Bicycle assets.">
- Identify, develop, and cultivate trust-based relationships with professional medical organizations including medical societies and NCI-designated Cooperative Groups, as well as with patient advocacy organizations.">
- Support U.S. medical affairs launch readiness planning, activities, tracking, and execution.">
