Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in motivating and guiding a team.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, guests, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-Oriented: A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the success of the team.
