Job Summary

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction for our mid-market customers. You will develop and execute strategic account plans to increase sales and retention, while also identifying new business opportunities and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers to increase sales and retention
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key customers to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Renew customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of our products and services to effectively position and align them with customer needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 10 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
