Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with small and medium-sized businesses, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand business needs and provide effective solutions
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and drive sales growth
  • Prospect for new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones
  • Provide regular reporting to ensure alignment with sales KPIs and targets

Requirements:
  • Up to 2 years of sales experience
  • Proven record of prospecting and cold calling experience
  • Tech-savviness
  • A valid driver's license and clear driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience
  • Proven success in new business acquisition
  • Experience in up-selling software solutions
  • A desire to achieve and be competitive with an optimistic attitude
