We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead a team of experts in developing new laser transmitter subsystems, lidar systems, and space-based communications systems.

As the Technical Program Manager, you will interface with customers and develop system design concepts that meet program objectives.

The workload will include multiple concurrent projects, with a mix of small, quick-turn projects and larger, longer-term projects.


Your Key Responsibilities:
Establish system key performance parameters and requirements flow-down to subsystems
Lead engineering and manufacturing teams through the end-to-end development of active electro-optic systems
Assign tasks to program team members and set/communicate program priorities and goals
Keep senior management appraised of status/issues (technical, programmatic, workforce)

Requirements:
BS engineering, MS engineering preferred
5 to 10 years of design, build, and test experience
Minimum of 5 years program management experience with electro-optic or laser systems
Systems engineering experience
Strong communication and documentation skills
Excellent customer interfacing skills
US citizenship required
