Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for merchants to facilitate timely issue resolution. This role is responsible for managing a queue of incoming merchant contacts (phone, chat, and email) and tickets on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve merchant inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to merchants
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
