Annual Salary: $62,000 (commensurate with experience)

POSITION MISSION

Become a vital member of our innovative team as a Sales Operations Coordinator. In this position, you will facilitate the effective management of order processing to support our sales efforts, reporting directly to the Sales Operations Supervisor. You will be responsible for the seamless and efficient administrative execution of sales operations, which includes terminal provisioning, order management, logistics, and reporting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Management and Logistics:

· Execute order processing, tracking, and shipping (e.g., updating CRM systems, managing shipping logistics, resolving customs issues, coordinating with the Logistics team for repackaging and resending orders).

Sales Assistance:

· Address requests for quotes sent to the Sales Support email or direct them to the appropriate team member for action.

· Provide necessary support to the Sales team as required; assist with administrative tasks when team members are traveling or unable to generate quotes, ROMs, RFPs, etc.

· Ensure prompt and accurate execution of inside sales transactions, minimizing errors.

· Monitor and distribute RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs posted on various platforms.

· Maintain Salesforce by tracking opportunities from initiation to delivery and collaborating with the sales team to keep opportunities updated.

Financial Coordination:

· Work closely with the Finance team to initiate invoicing upon order intake and ensure timely delivery of invoices to customers.

· Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to complete vendor forms and certifications in a timely manner.

CRM Management and Reporting:

· Assist with CRM administration, including setup changes, troubleshooting, adding new users, and generating reports/dashboards for the Sales and Finance teams.

· Create reports to support existing and new contracts.

· Manage the demo terminal calendar and track assets.

· Generate and distribute weekly reports to the parent company.

Additional Responsibilities:

· Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

SUPERVISORY ROLE

· This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

· An Associate's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service/support role.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

· Travel is not anticipated for this role but may occur occasionally – less than 10%.
