Job Overview

MPF Federal LLC is in search of a General Clerk III to provide essential clerical and administrative assistance, ensuring smooth daily operations within the office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute various clerical tasks and support a range of administrative functions.

  • Facilitate office workflows, special projects, and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Support timekeeping and related administrative needs.
  • Manage logistical aspects of departmental operations and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Utilize established procedures to complete clerical tasks, adapting methods as needed based on specific requirements.
  • Assist with diverse administrative functions, including timekeeping, travel arrangements, data entry, and record maintenance.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of two years of general experience, with at least one year in a directly related role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written, along with proficiency in Microsoft Windows/Office.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Experience with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and scanners.
  • One year of experience providing administrative or technical support in governmental, military, or industrial settings.
  • Knowledge of FDA records management compliance is preferred.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States and capability to obtain necessary clearances.
  • Work hours are Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling options available.
