Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and reliable Housekeeping Team Lead to join our team at The Maids in Northwest Arkansas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 2-4 people and ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness are met in every home we visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of housekeeping professionals to deliver exceptional cleaning services to our clients
  • Inspect homes at the end of each clean to ensure top quality and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning strategies to meet our high standards
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to help them develop their skills and consistently produce top-quality results

Requirements:

  • Supervisor experience preferred, but not required
  • Reliable and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction
  • Good leadership skills to direct team and uphold policies of our 22-step Healthy Touch cleaning system
  • Must be physically able to move at a fast pace, including up and down stairs, bending, and lifting
  • Must be pet-friendly, reliable, willing to work hard, and team-oriented
  • Driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass background check and drug screen
