Job Overview:

Live Nation is on the lookout for a dedicated Parking Operations Coordinator. This role involves overseeing and managing the activities of the parking personnel at our events. The Parking Operations Coordinator will not only supervise but also actively participate in the daily operations of the parking services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Parking Manager in ensuring that all parking facilities are maintained in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
  • Maximize the utilization of parking spaces across all designated areas.
  • Directly supervise parking staff and other personnel engaged in parking services as directed.
  • Provide exceptional guest services by welcoming and assisting attendees, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints.
  • Continuously lead and train team members, ensuring they are well-versed in event-specific information.
  • Support the management of staff breaks to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Parking Manager to uphold compliance with all relevant policies and safety regulations.
  • Engage in sustainability initiatives, which may include resource conservation and waste reduction efforts.
  • Work alongside team members to close the venue post-event, which may involve collecting recyclables and properly storing equipment.
  • Monitor the productivity and assignments of parking staff, providing updates to the Parking Manager regarding any challenges faced.
  • Assign and schedule team members to specific roles and responsibilities.
  • Model and enforce safety, health, and security protocols.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Guest Services or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy in interactions.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to implement programs effectively.
  • Physical requirements include frequent walking, climbing stairs, and the ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs.
