The Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager will work in all facets of the sales process to maintain and grow existing customers, create new customers, and to meet or exceed sales quotas while continuously striving to improve profitability.

Responsibilities include determining customer requirements and expectations, preparing and proposing price quotations, contacting customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, establishing sales objectives, and overseeing all necessary documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, chemistry, material science, or a related field, and relevant experience in sales and marketing efforts. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required, as well as knowledge of international trade and foreign currency exchange.

Travel requirement is up to 50%, with extensive travel required to customers, suppliers, and other related parties.
