EquipmentShare is seeking a Territory Account Manager for our Advanced Solutions division to support our growing operations.

Compensation:
$24,000 - $200,000+ (Base salary plus uncapped commissions with no market restrictions)

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to incoming leads and inquiries.
  • Expand our customer base by fostering relationships with contractors and construction company leaders, educating them on how EquipmentShare can enhance their efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain and cultivate existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction with our services and support.
  • Keep clients informed about new opportunities and solutions that can benefit their business.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively.
  • Develop innovative sales strategies to boost market share and enhance customer experience.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations to ensure optimal solutions for customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage all available resources for a positive customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial sales related to Power Generation, HVAC, Compressed Air, or Pumps.
  • Proven ability to sell complex products and solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism.
  • Understanding of market dynamics and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with various phases of commercial construction projects.
  • Knowledge of industrial settings and processes supported by rental Power, Generators, Compressed Air, HVAC, and Pumps.
  • High level of product knowledge in rental Power, Compressed Air, HVAC, and Pumps.
  • Attention to detail and strong computer skills.
