Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Lead job cost review meetings to ensure proper procedures are followed
  • Provide training and support on systems to ensure seamless operations
  • Oversee the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Generate accurate invoices and manage billing to ensure timely payment
  • Ensure timely payment of vendor bills and review and submit accurate payroll
  • Support new hire onboarding and handle general administration tasks
