Route Service Team Leader

UniFirst is on the lookout for a Route Service Team Leader to enhance our workforce. The Route Service Team Leader will oversee and collaborate with Route Service Representatives who cater to a diverse clientele daily, from small local enterprises to large corporate entities. This position serves as an entry-level management opportunity for individuals focused on career growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the training and development of a team of Route Service Representatives Address service inquiries Negotiate customer contract renewals Foster strong relationships with customers and team members Collaborate closely with other leadership and management personnel to deliver exceptional customer service and product offerings Provide route coverage during absences of Route Service Representatives, allowing you to assess performance and customer satisfaction levels.
Desired Qualifications

Ideal Candidate:

A results-oriented relationship manager who is willing to assist the team and prioritize customer needs Someone who enjoys supporting a team of Route Service Representatives in their professional development An individual eager to learn and become an expert in customer service and loyalty High school diploma or GED; some college education is advantageous Minimum age of 21 Valid non-commercial driver's license in the state of residence Reliable transportation Must fulfill pre-employment DOT physical requirements Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds Strong communication and language skills Basic computer skills Previous experience in leadership, customer service, route sales, delivery, or entrepreneurship is preferred
