About the Role

As an Administrative Support Specialist at Versiti, Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting the department's operations. Under the direction of the department leader, you will provide administrative assistance through various clerical functions and special projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the department, including filing, data entry, and handling customer requests.
  • Prepare presentations for company leaders and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process efficiency and collaborate with teams to implement improvements.
  • Assist with the analysis and resolution of department issues and provide recommendations as needed.
  • Support staff with various activities, such as special projects, reports, and network maintenance.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, majoring in communications, business, or a health-related discipline.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required.
  • Experience with integrated HRIS/payroll systems is required, with Ceridian preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
