Key Responsibilities

The Fiberglass Production Worker plays a crucial role in our manufacturing facility. You will oversee the entire process of creating high-quality fiberglass products. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Engaging in various manual labor activities such as loading, unloading, and moving materials.
  • Setting up, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning machinery.
  • Utilizing tools and equipment to cut, shape, and assemble fiberglass components.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workspace.
  • Interpreting production drawings and specifications.
Ideal Candidate

We seek individuals who are enthusiastic and thrive in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will:

  • Be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and comfortable working in a hands-on role.
  • Possess experience in fiberglass, composite, or plastic fabrication (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Have the ability to read production drawings and utilize measuring instruments.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality and safety for themselves and their colleagues.
