The Fiberglass Production Worker plays a crucial role in our manufacturing facility. You will oversee the entire process of creating high-quality fiberglass products. Your daily tasks will include:
- Engaging in various manual labor activities such as loading, unloading, and moving materials.
- Setting up, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning machinery.
- Utilizing tools and equipment to cut, shape, and assemble fiberglass components.
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workspace.
- Interpreting production drawings and specifications.
We seek individuals who are enthusiastic and thrive in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will:
- Be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and comfortable working in a hands-on role.
- Possess experience in fiberglass, composite, or plastic fabrication (preferred but not mandatory).
- Have the ability to read production drawings and utilize measuring instruments.
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality and safety for themselves and their colleagues.
- Be interested in developing a long-term career with opportunities for training and advancement.
