Job Description

The Managing Director is a key leader responsible for overseeing the operation of our largest flagship venues. This includes managing revenue centers such as full-sized kitchens and bars, cinema, bowling, and complex gaming operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, business development, and day-to-day management, ensuring guest satisfaction and execution of all policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Execute Elevate's business strategy to achieve financial goals and enhance overall performance.
  • Venue Operation: Identify and capitalize on market trends, ensuring the venue remains a competitive and innovative destination.
  • People Management: Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and facility maintenance, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Guest Experience: Foster a guest-centric culture, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences that exceed expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in hospitality, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in dine-in cinema, family entertainment center, hospitality industry, or restaurant operations management.
  • Minimum 3+ years of F&B management experience in a high-volume management role.
  • Proven track record of operational excellence.
