Job Summary: DV Therapy is seeking a qualified Behavioral Health Technician to provide in-clinic Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children, youth, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with children with special needs in our ABA Clinic.
  • Utilize ABA strategies/techniques to reduce challenging behaviors and teach replacement behaviors and other skills.
  • Record data in multiple forms to determine the effectiveness of a treatment plan for assigned clients.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or enrollment in a B.A. program.
  • ABA experience preferred.
  • Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver's license required.
