Behavioral Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at 360 Behavioral Health. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will play a critical role in implementing behavioral health treatments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 care directly with clients during scheduled sessions under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Implement established behavioral treatment plans based on the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA) across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes.
- Collect data related to client's progress during treatment sessions.
- Incorporate activities and games that are developmentally appropriate and engaging for the client in alignment with the treatment plan.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (minimum)
- Reliable transportation
- Successfully complete Live Scan background check, employment verification, and TB screening
- Be able to lift up to 30lbs while assisting consumers
- Must be able to run, bend, sit, stand for long periods at a time
