Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Interventionist to join our team. As a Behavior Interventionist, you will play a critical role in implementing behavioral health treatments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement established behavioral treatment plans based on the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA) across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.
  • Provide 1:1 care directly with Clients during scheduled sessions under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Collect data related to Client's progress during treatment sessions.
  • Incorporate activities and games that are developmentally appropriate and engaging for the client in alignment with the treatment plan.
  • Promote Client engagement to build their strengths in a natural and enjoyable manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED (minimum)
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Successfully complete Live Scan background check, employment verification, and TB screening
  • Be able to lift up to 30lbs. While assisting consumers
  • Must be able to run, bend, sit, stand for long periods at a time
What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation ($23.00/hour)
  • An additional $1.00 will be offered for Spanish bilingual candidates
  • $300.00 Hiring Bonus for part-time employees offered when 150 clinical hours are worked within 6-months
  • $600.00 Hiring Bonus for part-time employees offered when 300 clinical hours are worked within 6-months
  • Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm-7:30pm or Sat 9am-1pm
