Job Summary
The State of New Hampshire is hiring an Office Manager to oversee administrative support activities for the Rehabilitation Department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing secretarial support to the Chief Quality Improvement and Compliance Officer and Patient Safety Director. Your ability to work independently and make decisions requiring action and discretion will be essential in maintaining department operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of staff certifications and licensure in ANSOS or other databases. Manage aspects of biweekly patient payroll, including processing payments and maintaining records. Order supplies and materials from Materiels Management or other entities, maintaining inventory sufficient for staff needs. Enter data into AVATAR and other computer programs, producing reports as requested. Salary: $19,920 - $25,760 per year.
