Job Overview

A medical support specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences at Apex Dermatology & Skin Surgery Center.

This full-time, hourly position requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent teamwork abilities, and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate has experience working in dermatology or a related field.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain necessary information prior to appointments.
  • Transcribe during visits and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Assist physicians with procedures and educate patients on treatment plans.
  • Maintain clean and organized exam rooms, as well as update patient medication lists.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and completing lab documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to phone calls professionally.

Requirements
